Speaking about the improving economy, that new 2014 Jeep Patriot I bought is still as wonderful as the first day I bought it. If you are thinking about buying a new SUV (please buy American) read my Jeep Patriot review/blog entry below because Consumer Report's review is not helpful. This vehicle will win awards for sure.
In other news, I finally deleted my Facebook account due to never-ending junk emails and far too much wasted productivity. Look, I am a Christian Solder in the war on unemployment, poverty and despair. I do not have 2-8 hours to waste every week. Facebook must be the greatest time waster of the century. At least my TV set doesn't reach out and send me annoying emails several times a day. I use this wonderful invention called the phone when I want to speak to friends and family. Now, that's real communication the way God meant it to be. Bye bye Facebook.
In other news, some kind anonymous client sent me two tickets to the Yankees vs. Red Sox game. Wow! That was an awesome for any baseball fan. I guess he/she was hired, but it's kind of weird not knowing who did it yet (thanks a mint). Naturally, I would love to know what worked for them, the position they were hired for and what company hired them. I always want to get this feedback so I can continue to share the most current info with other job seekers in my game-changing job search eBook.
So please, don't leave me wondering folks. Call me with the good news right after you are officially hired. That's the good news that keeps me going when the going gets tough. As you likely know, resume writing is challenging work. Fortunately, I normally look for job title changes on client's Linkedin profiles or on Facebook (doh! I didn't think of that).
